We usually collect information directly from you, including when you:

  • Submit a waitlist, enrolment or enquiry form (on our website or via Meta Instant Form)
  • Call, email or visit our centre
  • Book or attend a centre tour

3. Why we collect your information

We collect, use and disclose your personal information to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide information about our programmes, fees, vacancies and tours
  • Manage our waitlist and enrolment process, including assessing your care requirements and availability

  • Help you understand and manage Child Care Subsidy (CCS) enquiries
